DeLuce Home serves customers throughout the United States & Canada and works with authorized manufacturers and fulfillment partners to coordinate product fulfillment and delivery. Certain products purchased through DeLuce Home are fulfilled and shipped directly by the applicable manufacturer or authorized fulfillment partner. Large or heavy products, including certain saunas and cold plunge systems, may be delivered by third-party freight carriers.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs and availability vary by product, manufacturer, fulfillment partner, and destination. Complimentary standard delivery is available on eligible orders across the continental United States and Canada. Additional shipping charges or restrictions may apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, remote locations, and destinations requiring special freight arrangements. Processing & Delivery

Once an order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Processing and delivery timeframes are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing and may be affected by manufacturer processing, product availability, carrier schedules, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Freight Deliveries
